These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and GC Cleaning, a cleaning services business located in Arlington, Texas and operated by Edenis Perez ("GC Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our").
By requesting services, booking a cleaning appointment, or using our website at gccleaning.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
GC Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Arlington, TX and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
The specific scope of each cleaning visit will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested on the day of service are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All cleaning packages are customizable. Special requests must be communicated at the time of booking or with sufficient advance notice. We cannot guarantee that last-minute additions will be completed within the scheduled service window.
Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when GC Cleaning has verbally confirmed the appointment date, time, and service scope with you directly.
You agree to provide GC Cleaning staff with safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include a key, access code, or lockbox arrangement. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply (see Section 4.3).
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including size, number of rooms, and any special conditions (e.g., pets, hazardous materials, areas requiring special care). Significant discrepancies between stated and actual conditions may result in adjusted pricing or rescheduling.
We will accommodate rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property for any reason attributable to the Client, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service price may be charged.
GC Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in the event of staff illness, severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment at no additional charge.
We accept cash, personal or business check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior billing arrangement has been established in writing.
A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned check, in addition to any applicable bank fees.
For commercial clients on invoiced billing, invoices are due within 15 days of the service date. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
GC Cleaning stands behind the quality of every cleaning. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

GC Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or halt service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff.
GC Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance to protect your property during each cleaning visit.
If you believe GC Cleaning staff caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored. We will investigate all reported damage claims promptly and in good faith.
GC Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured or inherently fragile items.
GC Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable, damage resulting from standard cleaning methods applied to items that require special care, or loss of items that were not secured prior to our arrival.
GC Cleaning staff will only enter and remain in areas of the property that are within the agreed scope of the cleaning. All GC Cleaning team members are background-checked. We reserve the right to remove a staff member from a cleaning if they feel unsafe, threatened, or harassed on the premises.
You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any current or former GC Cleaning employee for cleaning or related services, except through GC Cleaning, for a period of 12 months after your last service. A referral fee of $500 may be charged if this clause is violated.
All content on the GC Cleaning website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of GC Cleaning and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct communication.
GC Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
